Vulnerability of giants
- As practice shows, even such giants as Yandex.Market, Ozone, Wildberries, and SberMegaMarket are quite vulnerable. Having a good, qualified legal support, they, in non-legal language, became impudent.
- As the leaders of the platforms themselves say: if you don't like it, leave, there are enough people willing. But this is a vicious practice that has no basis in law. The owners of the platform have rights. But suppliers also have them. And these rights are equally protected by law.
